Brocolli and Leek Soup
I had leeks and brocolli in my organic box last week and it looks like they are in this weeks too so I needed more recipes to use them both in. This is a mild soup base with chunky leek and brocolli pieces.
Belgian Endive Smoothy
I am new to the green smoothy making. I was a little put off by the horror stories about the taste. This smoothy however, has a really light taste that's not super overempowering.
I really liked this smoothy, however the texture is a little goopy. Maybe more ice next time.
