Sacher Torte - Chocolate Cake
Vienna, home of breathtaking architecture, grand palaces, Mozart’s music and the Sacher Torte! My raw version follows the same guidelines as the original with two thick layers of chocolate cake, an apricot jam center and smothered in rich chocolate frosting! It is wonderfully rich and chocolatey without being too sweet and looks gorgeous topped with Cape Gooseberries.

Easy Peasy Fruit Roll Ups
These are a really easy and quick snack for when you're on the go. I made them for school as a need to have a sweet sugar pick-me-up with out being sticky or needing a time out. I'm sure you could use them in anything else, and I'll post a recipe
in how to use them as a base for a dessert. Have fun!

Kiwi/Banana/ Cacao Powershake
Hi this is a amazing recipe I yust invented today after my 10 km yogging action.
i strictly recommend to yust use organic fruits first of all it`s all about the frequency BABY...but secondly because I am from time to time really lazy it is the best to deplug the stem of the kiwi and trough it in the high speed blender right away ;-) with out peeling. Sidenote most of the vitamins in fruits are directly underneath the peel. SO ....

Bit O' Honey Shake
This is inspired by FreeFoods NYC beelicious smoothie. I forgot what they put in but i improvised. I'm not too proud of the food combining, but hey-you gotta live a little. The color just reminded me of one of my favorite very SAD snacks...
