I am a raw food advocate, and passionate lover of life.
I attended Le Cordon Bleu Culinary institute in 2007 thinking that I wanted to prepare gourmet food (aka s.a.d=sad american diet) for a living, but now I am working on my true calling…to teach Yoga.
Raw food enhanced and enlightened my life mentally and physically and my goal is to share my love and knowledge of raw food and the joys of life.
