I am Jersey girl living in Kentucky. I am new to raw foods but not new to eating well. I have been a vegetarian since I was 14 and thought that I was perfectly healthy. I know that I was a 'junk food vegan/vegetarian' when it came to certain areas of my diet. I would eat a ton of fruits and veggies but snack on gummy worms during long car rides --total contradiction! Eating a diet that simply focuses on fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds, and occasional raw cheese and honey has made me the healthiest I have ever been. I love eating, cooking, snowboarding, and watching the Food Network!
