As of January 11th 2008, I have just turned 30 years old. I am both excited and nervous about this recent transcendence because life is nothing like what I imagined it would be like right now.I have two beautiful sons with whom I enjoy an eventful life in Atlanta with.

Where at one point I was a vegetarian, currently I am only 80% vegetarian.

Health wise, I am a certified Colon Hydro-therapist and an Herbalist. I understand that without good health life can be a drag and that 99% of illnesses- cancer, diabetes, IBS, etc- are spawn from stagnation in the colon. Additionally, herbs help to heal individuals, along with a healthy diet, before aliments get too far along to handle.

I can say at 30 I am blessed to be here, I love myself, I love life and I have peace of mind.
