The 3rd time I have done the raw food diet. A lot has been learned. Someone suggested the LifeFood Recipe Book to me by Annie and David Jubb. What I was missing was variety. I think that’s why I didn’t stick with it. Variety is something that I really need right now. The first coupe of weeks were very difficult because I was detoxing off 2 medications simultaneously. After incorporating more greens and just more variety, I feel really great.
I’ve dealt with fibromyalgia for the past 6 years and found the raw food detox to be very painful. I have always understood what I believed to be the cause but didn’t know how to fix it. Basically you have to find what really works for you. You can hear many opinions but have one true voice and that’s yours.
I have 4 children. I’m trying to lead by example. This is my choice and if they see benefits then they too can make a choice.
