I have been studying health, wellness, and how diet effects our mental and physical well being for quite some time, and am working towards my masters in counseling to begin a wellness center with those very values in mind.
My other interests include biking ( i drive a pedicab, and my bike is my main form of transportation), swimming, yoga, playing in the sun, and of course...food! Oh and I'm really into underground hip hop, but i'll save that for another forum ;)
