I’m a Hungarian girl, living in Brussels. I started with raw food in June 2007, my body just started craving it all of a sudden and I keep learning about it with the help of a wonderful and very inspirational raw chef and teacher, Christine Moens, as well as other teachers through the internet. I’ve been vegetarian for about 17 years and I cannot imagine going back to eating meat ever. It all started when I was a little kid with digestive problems (milk and egg allergy), having horrible stomach cramps for years then at the age of 14 I decided to take matters in my own hands because I had enough living in pain all the time. The beginning was difficult, there was not a lot of info available in 1990 in a small Hungarian town on vegetarianism. But taking this path has proved to be a very enlightening journey not only in terms of food but also in terms of eco-friendly living, spiritualism and life attitude.
I have two lovely Akhal-Teke horses who fully support my raw lifestyle, carrot and apples, need I say more? ;)
