I’ve been Vegetarian for almost 7 years now. Although I avoid eggs/cheese/milk I still consume it on occasion. The vegan lifestyle for me seemed ridiculously riddled with junkfood trying to replace cravings for those things. I just couldn’t understand the lack of focus on organic whole food. I wanted to know how I could become vegan with a focus on the pairing of natural flavors and textures. Raw veganism seemed to be the best fit. So now I am incorporating this into my life slowly so it becomes a permanent thing.
