I'm a health and fitness nut, I've been since the age of 17. I don't put synthetic compounds into my body, no meds, nothing, I eat "organic" and I work out all the time. I'm a very healthy individual, this lifestyle has allowed me to overcome some amazingly traumatic injuries and events, even coming back from paralysis to get in better shape than I was before. A true miracle! A positive and healthy mind is the start, it MUST be there first and foremost, then and only then can the follow-up with the practice take place.
