I am a raw foodist enthusiast. I am currently in school for nutrition. Upon completion I will be able to assist people find health and wellness through diet and lifestyle. I have received Alissa Cohen's Living on Live Food Level 1 Live Food Chef Certification. I was introduced to the raw food diet late 2006 to early 2007. I immediately loved the concept and wanted to learn more about it. Since then I have been on a journey to raw. I have submerged myself into literature, magazines, classes, seminars and so forth. I find that raw food is my passion. My goal is to educate others about the benefits of raw food, juicing, etc.
