Hey everyone! I’ve been eating raw foods since September of 2007. I would not change it for the world. I have adopted the 811rv way of eating for 3 1/2 months now and my energy levels have SOARED. I am by no means to be considered an expert; however, I am available to anyone that wishes to hear about my experiences or just needs a friend… especially when those bottled emotions come to the surface!
