I have been anywhere from 50% to 99% raw over the last 4 years. My husband and I are hoping to have a baby soon, so I wold like to become better educated on nutrition before, during, and after pregnancy while on a raw food diet.
Excited to have gotten my husbad to LOVE green smoothies! I love experimenting with raw food recipes with him as my taste tester.
