I have been raw for awhile now and have enjoyed a healing from diabetes, high blood pressure and a ton of psyche meds (needed because years ago I foolishly took an antidepressant). I am doing this on the super cheap because of my income and am going to start writing about how I achieved that on my blog at www.adashofrosemary.wordpress.com. There I talk about how and why I went raw and gardening and I hope to get some of your comments.
