I am a Raw stay at home Mumma on the West Coast of Canada. Being that my husband is not a Raw Foodist, coming up with delicious meals that accommodate both of our diets is always a challenge. It would be my wish to raise our children as Raw Foodists, but I have to respect my husband’s food choices as well. So I try with all my might to just live the example that I want for my children and to always have healthy Raw meals and snacks readily available. I love this website and hope to contribute some of the great Raw recipes I’ve come up with that my children love.
