I’m a mom to 3 kids, living outside of Boulder, Colorado. My sons are 6 and 5 and my beautiful Chinese daughter is 3. We are vegetarian, mostly vegan, but I’ve had some cancer issues recently and am going on a raw diet for the month of August. So far, with what I’ve tasted and prepared, I just might stay this way!
