Energetic, vivacious, creative, wild, determined. I've been on my journey to even brighter and better health the way nature intended encompassing life foods ( I say life because not all "raw" foods are life giving) for nearly two years now. What started as a vanity reason to transtion to raw - changed as my mind/body/and spirit adapted to my new lifestyle as I bid my farewell to cooked vegetarian fare I had enjoyed up until that point. I moved up to nyc right about the time I began transitioning to life food and ran into such a loving community of people that like me - wanted to better our health both inside and out. I began volunteering and then working at one of the raw food restaurants downtown while seeking out to learn I could about the raw lifestyle. Some bumps on the road- and yet I have perservered and remain to have a learner's mind and I am happy I did not give up. Healing takes time- and is different for everyone based on one's prior lifestyle and eating habits, health, etc. This lifestyle has not only given me further clarity of mind, improved brain function, healthy body weight, better skin, it has given a much better outlook on life. Not to mention such joy creating recipes in the kitchen.
When I'm not immersing myself in the raw food world or shopping fanatically at one of the raw food organic markets in the city, you might catch me modeling on a photoshoot, heating things up at the bath house, or breaking out in a dance if your lucky.
