How to End Your Dependency to Cooked Food," by Victoria Boutenko. For a year we were great until one day we decided to eat a piece of pizza. That was a big mistake. After that day we started to allow more and more cooked foods into our diet as long as they were "healthy." Since then, we have been on and off again with the raw food diet. Not the best way to treat our bodies. Paradoxically, every-time I try to sign onto our old account we have problems. So new beginnings, new account, new healthy choices for life.
