Bio: I have been dabbling in raw foods for a few months now. I got interested when I started following a raw food blog, and it took off from there. I have read several books on the subject and am hooked! I feel like my pipes have been cleaned, I never feel grossly over full anymore and im loving it! Just received my first dehydrator for my birthday and a cookbook so I am on the look out for some new yummy recipes!
