I am a painter; art teacher; mother,wife and daughter. I may be insulin resistant and I am preparing to transition to raw. I am hesitant, but hopeful. I don’t really eat SAD, but I could be eating better. At 5’6” and just about 170 I am totally grossed out by my body…getting/making time to work out as I teach, paint, chase after children and pets gets overwhelming.
