I grew up eating like very other kid in Hawaii. Lots of meat, white rice, Spam, and fruits like mango, papaya, pineapple, and guavas on a daily basis. Went veg 8 years ago, and vegan 5 years ago. My husband and I just began transitioning to RAW. We're doing raw 'till dinner about 3 days a week, and all raw the other days.
I'm here to get some 'cooking' ideas, share experiences/ struggles I have, and just to learn more about my new diet & lifestyle.
