I have stumbled on the world of Raw and living foods, it is such an obvious choice for a balanced life and after my first few encounters is delicious, easy and stimulating!
Highly excited at the moment as have just made almond cheese which was so incredible that I had to become a member and put a thanks out to you all for your recipes and tips and the creator of the site for their efforts and inspiration to make this all possible! The winner is….....
maybe its like a sugar rush but with the goodness of almonds, Im sure I cant stay this excited for ever…. or perhaps going raw is just like that…Im on a journey and this site is a great map and tool to support my exploration.
