Going raw for me is very difficult in Norway, because I actually don’t think there are anyone doing it here. People have barely heard of being vegan, let alone rawist or fruitarian.
Right now, I’d say I’m 80% raw and 20% prepared food, which sort of suits me fine. The only prepared meal I’ll eat during the day is dinner. But I’d really like to go 100% soon! It’s been easier now, since it’s summer, but going into winter I can only hope that I can maintain the same attitude.
