Started doing more and more raw food, esp. greens and green smoothies several months ago, after reading Greens for Life by Victoria Boutenko. Since then, I have seen 2 moles drop off my back (a friend actually happened to witness them coming off. Maybe others have dropped off without me being aware of it.)
Since going more raw (about 70% i guess) I have more energy, need less sleep, and generally feel better.
other stuff: I teach InterPlay, a system of improvisation with story, song, movement, love to tap dance and perform improvisationally, and am a student of the Work of Byron Katie (in the certification program).
