I first went raw in 1987, well before the current "gourmet" raw movement. Ann Wigmore was my main influence then, so my diet consisted in large part of sprouted grains & legumes (which it turns out I do not digest at all). I stayed raw, along with my son (then 3 years old) for 3 years. My husband was tolerant, but not extremely supportive. So, by and by I began incorporating more cooked foods back into my diet. Then after many years of health ups & downs, and the advent of the "gourmet" raw movement, I decided to give raw a chance again. This time I had my husband, two teens & one young adult along for the ride. Everyone enjoyed my raw food so much that we just eventually phased out cooking altogether. We've been a 100% Raw Family since 2007 & our health shows it. As an energetics consultant I help people balance all aspects of their life - improving Fitness, Relationships, Finances, Rejuvenation, Purpose, and Health
