I started getting into raw foods on 09/02/2008 with Jennifer Cornbleet’s Easy Raw Food Recipes for 1 or 2 people.
I’m interested in raw foods and eating healthy,but at this time: my current goal is to eat (on average) 75% raw foods, I currently am still eating some cooked/processed foods, but I certainly have made improvements in my overall health in the short time I’ve been incorporating raw foods.
I live in Raleigh, NC with my husband and our two cats(all of which cock their heads and sort of look at me funny when I create these new raw dishes) - well, at least the husband is willing to try some of the foods :)
