I've been a vegetarian/pescetarian since January of 2008. I've been investigating Rawfoods since March of '08, and started eating 50% raw right after that. I moved up to about 70%, and as I find more yummy raw food, I eat more of it! I find myself transitioning almost naturally; my body craves raw greens, raw fruits and vegetables, and tells me 'what-for' if I eat unsoaked nuts or seeds after I started doing that. I go between 50% to 90%, depending on what I feel I need for the day. One thing raw has taught me is to listen to my body and what it needs - something I NEVER would've done before.
I do still eat some fish occasionally, and I also eat some raw, cultured dairy (can't stomach it if it's not cultured - and even then I don't do much!). Lately I started eating unpasteurized, fresh eggs, since I can't afford to buy fish right now but still would like to have a good source of some cholesterol and protein. (Yes, I want cholesterol. It's been shown that your body requires some cholesterol for a healthy brain!!)
