Culinary challenges are something I have enjoyed since I was in my teens. I was a vegetarian for about 3 years but upon a visit to the doctor for some blood work I found out I was anemic and told to quit the veg diet. Earlier this year I took up veganism again I felt more energized and clear. After a heat spike in my area I thought maybe it would be better to lay off on the stove and to give raw vegan a try. So far this has been a brilliant choice though I haven't been doing this for too long.
I'm lactose intolerant and celiac so the "average" diet has never been something I can keep up with.
