I began eating predominantly raw 1 year ago and continue to reap the benefits of this new way of life. My mother too, although only about 50-75% raw, has seen drastic improvements in her health. Through dietary changes she was able to avoid medication and naturally lower her total cholesterol from 300 to 170. I am now on a mission to spread the word about raw foodism with hopes of helping others take control of their health.
I find this site to be invaluable and continue to recommend it to people who want to include more living foods (other than baby carrots) into their diet. Thank you!
