Currently living the good life in Vermont on a beautiful mountain with my husband and two kitties. Used to live in Ireland and other parts of the US.
I play Irish Traditional Music on a wooden flute. Used to be a serious road bike racer over 10 years ago. Nowadays we ride bikes, hike trails in our woods, ski and snowshoe. I’m an avid runner and I also do Bikram’s HOT yoga which is awesome! “90 minutes for 90 years”
