I became vegetarian in 1998, vegan at the end of the same year. I eat 90% raw and 10% cooked since I still live steamed potatoes and rice with no seasonings. Once in a while, I would have a muffin made from whole organic ingredients. I eat 100% organic whenever I can. I owned a organic supermarket for about two years I love to cook, raw and cooked food. My husband likes to try out the things I made. He is very entusiastic about the raw recipes I found on this website.
