Bio: I took my first raw food prep class in 2008. I had so much energy after that first class, I knew I was on the right path for me. I have continued to move forward in educating myself in the raw and living food diet, and realized how important it is for everyone choosing this way of life to educate themselves also. I continue to have a passion for the raw and living foods lifestyle, educating others as they become interested.
