well, i’m 25 and i live in a small town where not only do i NOT fit in, but there are very few raw-foodists to connect with to boot. i get lectured a lot for being a raw-foodist because i’m thin; and because nobody understands the concept, they think i have an eating disorder and that i’m starving myself to death. that said, websites like these are SO cool and i’m really glad i ran across it…plus, every recipe i try from here seems to rock my world…;-) it’s like an oasis in a world of taco bell (aka ‘toxic hell’) and mcdonald’s (aka ‘mcdungald’s’).
since transitioning, i rarely take ANYTHING in life seriously. i laugh more and stress less.
i’ve done the raw thing for about three years and i am as close to 100% as is possible. i’ve learned many things through trial and error…feel free to hit me up…i love to answer questions! ;-)
