I have been vegetarian for around 8 years, vegan for about 4, and have eaten raw for brief amount of times on and off for a while:) I am trying to transition to entirely raw, with the exception of some steamed vegetables. I love fruit, and have found the high fruit, low fat raw seems best for me. I like eating simple which is rough for me, as I love to cook, but its great. I feel so much better eating raw and it helps tons with my extremely low blood pressure/POTS. Woohoo!! Can’t wait to transition fully and get into the swing of things.
