Have followed the raw lifestyle for 8 years. My journey began to overcome a health challenge. Turns out it worked, so I just never looked back! I eat very simply - for me - "Less is More". I live in sunny Florida and love the abundance of fresh produce available. I have taught raw prep classes in the past, but am now more content to just share what I know with all who are interested.
