I am a sailor, adventurist. My partner Tad & I just moved off our sailboat in Mexico to a new home on acreage in WA State. I’m looking forward to planting a garden and utilizing all of this state’s wonderful local produce.

Eating raw is a daily struggle that I have not accomplished 100%. My goal for now is to continue to try to make good choices and eat healthier by incorporating raw food into my lifestyle.
