I’m starting up on being a raw foodist (not quite there yet). I’m doing it for health reasons to lose weight and get healthy and prevent myself from getting some of the unhealthy traits that run in my family such as diabetes, before it starts.
I’m setting goals. I used to eat out a lot, but I’ve noticed those cravings have gone away when I started going to the whole foods store and eating organic and healthy food from there and I’m gaining more energy. I will definitely try to be active here. I’m loving the recipes I’ve seen here. I just bought a juicer and a dehydrator and loving everything comingout of those.
