My name is Micaela, people generally call me Mic, I'm 23 and live with my Fiance in London, England.
A few years ago I lost 30kg (66 lbs) but unfortunately have put most of it back on which is frustrating!I have been vegetarian for around 6/7 years and wish to increase the amount of raw foods in order to restore my Heath and hopefully get back to my slimmer figure.
I wish to learn more about how to eat healthy low calorie meals with optimum nutrition and am looking for support and advice for my journey :)
