I live in Montreal Canada and am embarking on this journey in 2 days. I consider myself artsy, political, and questioning. One of my goals is to keep this diet sustainable. I want to try and keep the majority of my diet local, which will be tough in Winter. Another concern is that I will be travelling to Eastern Europe for two weeks soon, and the nature of the trip will not allow me to fully control my diet. I have a history of eating issues, and this diet is something that sounds healthy and cleansing, creative but also not stifling.
