I’m a 23 year old student living in London on a plant based (vegan) diet. I’ve been a vegan since Easter and am still learning and occasionally making the odd mistake, but meh… I don’t beat myself up too much about it.
The idea of incorporating more raw food in to my diet is one which appeals to me for many reasons. The first being that I can be lazy and often end up reaching for crisps and sweets which don’t do me much good… The second being that I am always willing to try new things and I would like to boost both my health and my culinary experiences.
I was wondering (if anybody is actually reading this) how far a raw food diet can go, whilst still sticking to a seasonal organic diet. I am a keen environmentalist (or an ecogeek hehe) and would like to live as sustainably as possible.
