I follow a high raw diet and love experimenting with raw food cuisine! My mission is to discover the raw chip of my dreams. I am a clinical nutritionist in private practice at Montague Integrative Health; l also offer phone consultations. In addition to raw/living foods, my specialties include food/gluten sensitivities, detoxification and overcoming eating disorders. I favor the Natalia Rose approach in helping clients transition successfully to the raw food diet.
