I have 2 dogs that I feed a RAW diet, and I’ve started eating healthier since a recent trip to CA where I discovered that I’m gluten intolerant and that live, raw food tastes better to humans too. I have two teenage sons, and they are also finding that live food tastes better. I’ve also started going to the gym daily and practicing yoga. I don’t eat completely raw, but I’m incorporating it into my diet more as part of a healthier lifestyle for me and my kids.
