I am a dog-loving girl who is passionate about health & fitness. I am also lucky enough to say I truly love my career as the General Manager of a health club and feel that everything in my life is headed in the right direction. The next step I have chosen to make is to make the switch to raw eating. I love my dogs enough to feed them raw, and have for sometime now, so I finally decided to do the same for myself. I have decided that the 80/10/10 is for me and have been doing it for a week now. I feel fabulous, and as a matter of fact have never felt better. I have incredible energy and have even lost a couple of lbs. without effort. So any advice, help or ideas are very welcomed given my newbie status to the world of raw.
