Our family went raw about 4 weeks ago…Aug 2007. So far we are doing ok with it. We are about 75% now and hope to go fully raw over the next yr.

We are trying new recipes all the time and I spend 95% of my day in the kitchen preparing!! lol That is somewhat frustrating but I am sure that I will spend a little less time once I get a real feel for what I am doing.

I do have to admit even though I spend so much time there…I actually enjoy preparing meals for the first time in my life. I get huge satisfaction out of knowing what I am preparing is 100% beneficial for my family’s bodies, minds and spirits!!

I am excited to see where our raw journey takes us.
