American, grew up in Europe and currently living there now, in southern Italy, western Sicily to be precise.
How did I become raw:I needed a change, physical change, attitude change and heart change. I asked God to help and got my answer 2 days later. I was researching what to do to help myself most effectively and came upon raw food and health related sites. I went cold turkey and feel so good, never looked back. My body looks better, I feel better and my heart is lighter and overflowing with love for life in all its manifestations. I am so grateful…feeling so blessed and blissed on my path – life is AMAZING and I am full of gratitude :)
