Hello everyone. I have started Kundalini Yoga (http://www.raviana.com/) about a month ago in order to find inner peace and to learn how to relax (by the way, it is amazing if you want to try!!!).
Anyway, on their website they were talking about changing the diet as well, trying living and raw food. So I decided to research that area as well and found this website! It looks amazing, I like the idea of sharing recipes and thoughts! I am absolutely new to raw food and hopefully it will change my life by making me a happier person :)
