I am just going raw, and am super excited. I went on the master cleanse and lost 20 lbs and I want to keep it off. I need to get one of those machines that shred zucchini into spaghetti noodles, because i love pasta.
I want to stay away from coffee and I haven’t had pop for over a year. Basically, I just want to be healthy. I am still contemplating on whether to eat fish (tuna, tilapia, kipper snacks, shrimp, crag, lobster, etc.) or not….
The recipes Ive seen so far have been so encouraging. I didn’t even know this raw food world was so awesome.
