I’ve been a vegetarian for 36 years and have just become aware of how important detoxifying is. So, I just finished a 21 day juice fast and I’m taking a week of raw foods to get my body used to food again, but besides salad items I really didn’t have a big variety of things to eat so I decided to try out your raw food website for ideas even though I will go back to eating cooked foods for now.
