I’ve lost over 160 pounds (12 stone) and beat Heart Disease and High Blood pressure. 100% Raw since January 2005. At the age of 35 I weighed 363 pounds (26 stone) and I was very sick. I am now 42 years old, in supreme health and at my normal weight around 200 lbs.
