i have been a vegetarian for almost 20 years, eating more and more raw food the last couple of years. when a potentially serious health issue came up this spring, i decided to go completely raw to optimize my body’s chances to heal itself. it worked! now i eat almost all raw food every day and i love the way it makes me feel.
